A friend of mine rented a unit from you. The unit had a defective air conditioning system that broke down twice during the heat of summer. The owner was very slow to respond, leaving my friend without air conditioning for almost a day. And now she is trying to get her deposit back and you're claiming that "Extraordinary Cleaning" was required. As a homeowner of a rental property I’m astounded you have rental listings at all. I’ve left messages and emails with your agents for days and have yet to be contacted. Unprofessional
I rented a house in Aug on Anna Maria Island in Florida. We were to arrive in Feb 2019. Then I received an email that my rental was cancelled. I was told that the owners don’t want to rent the property on the dates that I have reserved. Michael Saunders and company doesn’t have control over the owners of the property that they lease (ever heard of a contract). Very disappointed that the property was offered in the first place. I have yet to receive our deposit back. It’s been 10 days, plenty of time to return the deposit.
