Our Agent from Michael Saunders was not able to sell a brand new Stock home in Lakewood Ranch. She never told us what change or make better, always complained about missing upgrades but could not tell us which upgrades to add, she blamed us for not having accepted an offer 300 k under listing and was always negative about our home. Working with Michael Saunders when purchasing in 2017 and it was easy. Hiring two same agents within your company was the worst experience I have had in all the houses we sold in our 35 years together. Communication (Horrible), Narcissistic tendencies and rudeness. It took me three weeks to get over the harassment and stress after closing on our home. Closing was chaotic and I will never speak to these individuals again.
