I live a few doors down from Deborah Judge who also sits on my HOAs board of directors and her biased and prejudicial use of her authority is alarming. I have served on HOA boards myself but Deb just has her own agenda. She’s argumentative, abrasive and condescending. If you need a “professional” I’d go elsewhere !
Recently had a very bad experience with multiple members of the Micheal Saunders Group. My mothere-in-law purchased a home and was met with incompetence at every turn. 5 times to redraft a contract that took 2 days. This group has threatened legal action when requests were made and these requests were actually in the contract. These people are "transaction brokers"!
