As you walked in you were greeted kindly. My waitress was very attentive and fast. It's not crowed, almost a homey feeling with out a bed and bathroom was clean.
In spite of a mix-up on the reservation, the staff worked it out and our party of 12 was seated in a timely manner. Our guests from out of town were impressed with the quality of the food and the service. Our server, James, did an outstanding job with a large group.
Just had an amazing dinner at Michael's Rock Hill Grille. Will make reservations to go back with the family!!
We stopped here on our way to charlotte to eat lunch. Google gave it 4 1/2 stars so we figured we would try it. So glad we found this place the food was so good. The crab cakes sandwich was amazing. Actual crab not all breading!!
The way this hostess just spoke to me and the patrons in front of me was unreal . I've dealt with her before and she is always rude, but I am done frequenting this business. Wow.
We love coming to Michaels whether its for a casual dinner or celebrating. We are treated like family by the wait staff and the owners
