Not the dentist to go to if you need anything more complicated than the most basic filling. Archaic equipment, skills and knowledge. Also not the dentist to go to if aesthetics are important to you. Dr. Pollack filled a white tooth with a dark gray composite filling and cemented a corn-yellow, ill-fitting crown on my elderly mother. When we had to have it redone because of the bad fit, he replaced it with a chalk white one. Office will nickel and dime you for every bib, paper cup and glove used.

One word --FANTASTIC! I have been a patient of Dr Pollack's for about 4 years. I recently had veneers to finally correct crooked teeth that I have always been so self conscious about. Dr. Pollack did 6 veneers on my upper front teeth that are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I am so exited about my new teeth -I urge you to run not walk if you want a true artist to do your cosmetic dentistry. This dentist is a cheapskate. Check out his “fees,” such as those for X-ray processing, that I have never been charged before by any other dentist, as well as others that I have never even heard of before, such as those for needle removal, which were described by my insurance company, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, as “outrageous.” Check out his office--the carpet looks like it has not been replaced in decades, is marked by mismatched swaths in different rooms, with little strips between rooms, and the walls have smudges and dents... read more

WOW! Finally a dentist I love and trust. Dr. Pollack is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. He is so personable and explains everything in basic terms so that I could easily understand the treatment plan that he had prepared for me. I was getting really frustrated trying to find a dentist that was honest and that I could trust. After much frustration I asked a co-worker who she went to and she said "Dr. Pollack--everyone here at work goes to see him we all love him and his staff". Dr. Pollack does great work when he is on time so make sure you have time to wait. If you have a question about insurance the staff answering (not the off hours answering service) may ask you to call back when a more knowledgeable person is available - why can't all front desk staff know the basics?

Always running extremely late and has some excuse!!! He's always in a hurry as well, not listening to what i'm telling him or hearing but disregarding like i don;'t know what i'm talking about. would never recommend this office to others....

Dr. Pollack is a great dentist. I have my regular cleanings at his office and I have had a cavity filled. I have found that he is always quick and gentle.

I have been going to Mike Pollack for about ten years now. He was a friend before he was my dentist. I went to him because my current dentist was going to pull a back tooth. He looked at me and told me that wasn't necessary -- informed me that it would change my jaw structure so we did a root canal and a crown instead. He will always make time for your concerns and will find the best solution available without rushing you in and out. Dr Pollack has provided painfree dentistry to me within my work hours. The novocaine has always been meticulous so I don't return to work with a crooked, swollen face. The staff helps me to juggle payments and schedules to give me maximum dental care.
