He is one of the best Doctors I have seen. He is attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and he takes the time to listen and understand his patients.

Dr. Herlevic is a very caring and knowledgeable. He takes great care of my husband and I. He listens and investigates when we tell him something doesn't feel right. He knows us well.
Dr. Herlevic listens to patient concerns and answers questions without trying to rush you like other doctors do. He is simply outstanding.
I trust Dr Herlevic completely! He is the best doctor. Thorough, attentive and has the best staff around him. The first visit I had 12 yrs ago with him, he found my problem several doctors could not figure out. He is knowledgeable and basically I would never want to see anyone else as my PCP. I have sent family and friends to him because he is that great! I had an issue and he stayed the complete time, even over my appointment to help.

As an HVAC provider I'm exposed to many germs, bacteria, mold etc. I depend on being healthy to serve my clients. Dr. Herlevic and his Staff are very prompt and Professional. When I'm sick they get me in Dr. Herlevic always prescribes the correct medicine for my. illness. And I'm back to work serving my clients. I absolutely can't. Say enough about Dr. Herlevic. He is a great person and a Fantastic Doctor. I recommend every one use Dr Herlevic and you will agree.

Received negligent care from Dr. Herlevic and his staff. I had bloodwork done during a routine checkup. I went back into MMC about 7 months later to see an NP after I had strange symptoms. She told me that I had a severe Vitamin D deficiency based on my previous blood test and asked me if I had been prescribed anything. I hadn't even been informed of this deficiency. Truly unnacceptable to fail to inform a patient of abnormal test results. Health continued to deteriorate due to this.
