Awful. Went in to have a molar pulled, I was extremely afraid. I traveled to Quincy from cape cod (about an hour) just so I could be put under IV sedation because I was so afraid. First off, during COVID-19 people in his office do not wear masks when speaking to you. Let’s start there. So I walk into the room, there’s 3 assistants. Not one of them says a word to me. Pretty bad experience getting a chipped filling repair. The Novocain didn’t work the first time and I was told I was being difficult and just had sensitivity issues. Three times the dentist stopped working on my mouth to talk to staff about another patient, then proceeded to talk and then STOP treatment again to talk to the hygienist about where the dental conference is this year... Pretty bad experience.
