Dr. Bradford is a Fantastic surgeon . He is very kind and compassionate . His post op pain management is great all the way thru your rehab/ phy. therapy . I have worked in hospital for 30 years and he is one of the best and most talented surgeons I have ever met. I had a left total knee replacement with a left femur fracture. He truly has a gift from God .
My experience with Dr. Bradford started on 7-23-16 a.m. I fell and broke my left hip , he told me I had to have a complete hip replacement. OK. I lay in the hospital for 2 1/2 days, my surgery kept getting moved back and my hospital pain Dr. was not kept abreast of the changes, so I went w/o medication for pain way to often, finally at midnight they took me to the surgery center where I was to be operated on then. It took seven months for someone to call me back with test results. Left four messages. I found another doctor. Dr Bradford is great, but getting in to see him takes too long.
Dr Bradford and his entire staff including the nurses and receptionist were very efficient and always nice and helpful. I have been a patient for a very long time and always feel comfortable. Very good!
Have been waiting 3+ weeks for test results. Have left 3 messages with no follow up. I want my copay refunded and insurance reimbursed as we didn't get the service which was paid for at this point. I've lost confidence in the Dr and practice as this lack of follow up is unacceptable. While he may be a nice man and a good Dr the ability to service patients and customers is less than acceptable. Health care should be patient focused not dollar and appointment focused. Only take on what you can handle through completion. Waste ... read more
Dr. Bradford is a good doctor. He repaired my knee after some problems with a knee replacement. But getting an appointment is horrible. I made an appointment on line , no call back. I have called 3 times waited for 30 minutes , only to be told to leave a message. Still got no call back. I have other problems but will not be using Dr. bradford . If you can't make a appointment in a timely matter , then it time to find a doctor that cares about communication between his patients and his staff . Sorry it has to come to this . I... read more
A big thank you to Dr. Bradford for the new revised total hip replacement. This was #5, which made a difficult surgery. I can't thank you enough.
Take your lunch. They do not go by appointments. But they make you get one. If you get a 9:00 am appointmen,t hope you get to see the doctor by lunch time, other wise you get to wait an extra hour.
Dr. Bradford is an excellent Dr. I only wish he would not take on so many patients. This is only the sign of the times.
