Excellent Dr. put my concerns first and put my mind at ease.
My first time with Dr. Ringer was very pleasant I did not feel rushed , the staff was very helpful and friendly. My colonoscopy went well and the Dr and nurses were all very compassionate and caring.
The only reason I am giving him a 2 star instead of less is because he did eventually get me referred for surgery. After delaying tests, trying to downplay my condition, telling me everything could wait, I ended up needing surgery for a potentially fatal condition. If I hadn't pushed for surgery, I might have not been so fortunate.
Very happy with the office visit, he,Dr Ringer, took time with me and explained everything I needed to Know! The actual test went well also. Very pleased with the procedure.
He's the best!
Very professional and concerned about his patients and their health and I would recommend him to all my family and friends.
I initially went to Dr. Elsakra but he never met with me or answered my questions. Dr. Ringer was wonderful--he has a dry sense of humor which I didn't expect but was refreshing. More important, he listened to me and answered every single one of my questions. (I had many since it was my 1st colonoscopy.) Unlike others, he was familiar with the low-residue diet and okay with it. The actual procedure went smoothly as well--hospital staff said he is "the best there is" and I agree!
I like that Dr. Ringer is to the point, and takes care of my medical needs. His nurse is amazing, and helpful! I would recommend Dr. Ringer. I've been going to him for 16 years.
I asked and was given the cash price for a routine screening colonoscopy. I was then charged $141 more than quoted. My office bill was paid in full as a cash payment and I am still receiving bills for not paid in full. As far as Dr Ringer himself.... he was 35 minutes late to my colonoscopy and I was his first procedure of the day. The nurses knew that he never started at 0700 but always at 0715. However he didn't arrive until 0735. He was rude and disrespectful to the nurse assisting. He billed
