Dr. Ringer is the rudest MD I have ever come into contact with. After my colonoscopy as I was not quite awake as yet I herd him yelling from across the room. I could not understand what he was saying. When I got to the waiting room my wife said he yelled at her also. Something about my intestines being black. He never explained what the problem was or what I should do about it. I hope it is not a serious problem.
Dr. Ringer and his office have been great to work with. It is uncomfortable to talk about colonoscopies and endoscopies, but he made me very comfortable. The day of the procedure he was very reassuring and things went very smoothly.
I had my first appointment with Dr. Ringer. He was very helpful and answer all my questions. He is a wonderful doctor. Explain things very well.
I would not go to anybody else but Dr. Ringer. He makes you feel very comfortable and answers all your questions.
Got all the information I needed. He had my 2003 results after all this time.
All staff is wonderful, as are the doctors. However the call-in service is horrible. There is a 30 minute wait, if they answer at all. Not only is this not acceptable, but it reflects negatively on the whole operation.
Pleasant/welcoming. The staff Marcie was great but the person who took me to room wasn't pleasant seemed like she didn't want to be there. No greeting .
He's a very professional Doctor. He takes time with his patients, answers all my questions, and explains everything thoroughly where I can understand him.
