No words to say really, but phenomenal! From meeting Mike to reviewing the finished product, I was highly impressed. Professionalism, kindness, and respect for my home were all superb. He is definitely not the cheapest guy on the block and craftsman is very POOR. Michael Radney hires cheap and un-reliable people to do job job for him. Once he gets paid for the job, he does not stand behind his work and the customer his no leverage to get him back. I had a huge project with Michael Radney, and the craftmanship was horrible. After job was completed and he was paid, there were several issues came up and he was asked to come repair them, but he never turned up to get it fixed. I hired Michael Radney to rehab a house and give him a $2000.00 deposit and he ran off with my money and some of my supplies. He signed an agreement with me to return the money and supplies and he gave me $500.00 months ago and I have not heard from him since. I'm going to file a police report and take him to court. Before he ripped me off he also did another job for me. He plastered a 23x20 ceiling. Michael did our 2 bathrooms upstairs. He gave a timing of 3 weeks and he took 7 weeks. His tiling quality was not good. He broke unused tile before the job was over and then requested we buy more tile. I think he even took some extra tile that we bought for himself without permission.

Michael and his team came when they said they would and did a great job. He had both a plumber and an electrician who were professional and polite. We are very happy with our bathroom floor and our garage lights!

Michael Radney did an excellent job plastering and painting the bathroom in our basement. We called him one day, he gave an estimate then started work the same day. Our bathroom has now been amazingly transformed into a stunning room. We are already going to have him do some additional painting in our basement. We would highly recommend Mr. Radney to anyone who needs professional plastering and painting done in their home or business.

I needed the ceilings replaced in four rooms of a 91 y/o house, Michael was out to my home the day I called him and had all the ceilings up and rooms painted in less than a week. He did an amazing job and fixed other misc items along the way also. Definite recommendation from Grosse Pointe Park!
