Being KIND is morally correct, respectful and freeing. My first appointment with Dr. Jordan was yesterday and it was terrible. Upon entering my room, he never greeted me. Instead he asked me, “Why are you here”? Then after I explained about the increased pain in my knees and being recently diagnosed with Arthritis. He stated that he looked at my x-ray’s and “you have mild arthritis”.
