Dr. Michael R. Coppe is an outstanding dentist. I have been seeing Dr. Coppe for 10 years. He, and all of his fellow employees at 19 Muzzey St, in Lexington, are intelligent, experienced, and great with kids. Both Coppe and his daughter Carolyn are graduates from Harvard dental school, and it shows in their ability to solve any dental issues their patients encounter. Dr. Coppe's staff genuinely cares about their patients and work to make the office environment very kid-friendly.
Dr. Coppe was my pediatric dentist so I took my kids there when we moved back to MA and they were aged 2, 4 and 6. We had been to a few dentists when living elsewhere (due to dental accident) before coming back to this practice. And in comparison, this office is by far the most thorough in their work and has always been very patient and friendly, even with my youngest who was quite anxious at first. I RECENTLY HAD A VISIT AT THIS OFFICE-HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I WOULD NEVER REFER FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO THIS OFFICE - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I COULD HEAR THE HYGIENIST "NANCY" GOSSIPING THE WHOLE TIME TO THE OTHER HYGIENISTS ABOUT THE DOCTORS PERSONAL LIFE. I HEARD THINGS THAT I SHOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN ABOUT DR. CAROLYN COPPE'S BAD RELATIONSHIP WITH HER DAD (DR. COPPE) AND ABOUT HIS LOVE LIFE. I FELT SO UNCOMFORTABLE AND COULD NOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF THERE!
Terrible experience here. Staff is not caring, awful bedside manner. Poor treatment and recommended unnecessary procedures.
Great kids dentist - very understanding and caring staff.
A+ all around and a great kid-friendly office. When I moved to Lexington and asked about pediatric dentists everyone told me ... oh you need to take your son to Dr Coppe. He and his staff are awesome.
Dr Coppe treats all four of my children. His staff is as great with the little ones as they are with my school aged kids.
Both of my kids, now 10 and 13, have always gone to Dr. Coppe's office for dental treatment. While my son's dental issues have been minimal - just routine cleanings - my daughter has had several problems, including a root canal, which were addressed very competently. Dr. Coppe and his staff have always been wonderful with the kids, doing everything possible to minimize the stress of the situation.
