Long waits, Briseno and aids dropped the ball. Always in a hurry and don't listen. Day of procedure after waiting 1hour in the parking lot they forgot about us then waited another 30 mins for some disheveled looking person in a lab coat. He burst in and didnt stop talking until his spiel was complete. He had no idea our any notes concerning prior discussions with Breseno in regards to scheduled procedure at which time I left.. He didn’t examine me. If he had, he would’ve found that the back brace I was wearing was the wrong one. (So I’ve been wearing the incorrect one for weeks now). He said he’d order a MRI stat, but that didn’t happen. I had to jump through hoops to get it scheduled. After the MRI results were in he called me to say T8 was indeed broken, asked me if I had pain pills and told me it would heal in about 12 weeks or so. Extremely kind and caring. He's an exceptional, gifted, bright Dr., but also friendly, reassuring and listens to concerns. He also answers as many questions as you have. Just an all around excellent doctor.
Excellent Dr. Great Bedside manner. He listens to his patients and then tries to implement the most minimally invasive procedure.
