Dr Briseno is truly a talent. He's incredibly smart and well spoken and presents information in a very digestible way. He's very kind and is a great listener. I truly appreciate how much time he's devoted to his studies in his life for this line of work as it's not for everyone. He's a godsend to me because I was at my wits end with my pain. I felt instantly better when I left the surgery center. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me.
He not only listens to you, he Hears you. Very practical
For what ails me, Dr. Briseño is the best. I'm fortunate to have had him operate on me.
Through exam for a second opinion
Dr. Briseno performed a back surgery on me and eliminated my pain that I have had for years! His bedside manner is excellent! He kept me informed of everything and really showed concern for my issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a back surgeon!
I came across this again and thought it’s only right to leave my review. I seen Dr Briseno in April of 2023. Ordered test and recommend therapy. At therapy I would just cry and cry as I hurt so much. At this point I could hardly walk without pain and started using a cane after a lumbar fusion by another Dr the past December. After completing therapy I returned for an appointment. Dr Briseno looked at my X-ray following a lumbar surgery I had 5 months ago. Examined me and answered questions. Ordered test immediately. Impressed so far

Michael R. BRISENO MD of North TX Ortho Grapevine, is CALLOUS & CARELESS!! In May 2021, I saw him for neck pain. BRISENO looked at my Neck X-Ray, said it's just arthritis, comes with aging, take anti-inflammatory (Meloxicam) When I told him AGAIN that I am in acute pain by evening DAILY from the base of my skull to my fingertips... he REFUSED TO ORDER AN MRI, OR PRESCRIBE ANY PAIN KILLERS.
