Dr Pagnato listened to what my concerns were and the type of pain I have been experiencing for over a year. I did not feel rushed or made to feel I was wrong about my pain. Unlike my previous experience with a different Ortho group in the area I was actually heard. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was well worth the extra travel time to tri-state Ortho.

He was my 4th and final try at getting help. The first 3 were just giving me the arthritis, every itis there was to say and telling me to take Advil (which I have trouble with) I actually give a 4.7 rating only because my X-rays weren’t explained, but I finally felt heard…I’ve asked 3 other doctors to please let me try a cortisone shot and was dismissed. He was confused by that and had no problem giving me one. I can not say how grateful I am because last night was the first night in 4 years I didn’t pace the floor in tears ... read more
