This doctor has the worst personality. I tried to ignore it but he dismissed any concern that I had. His body language was almost intimidating and he made me feel very uncomfortable anytime I talked with him. This should not be the case as his hands were going to be on my spine. He also told me I shouldn't be a nurse when I told him what I was going to school to be and then I wouldn't be able to do it. I had 14 cortisone shots. They were ineffective. I was then referred to Dr. Stauff. This doctor did a spinal stenosis surgery on me. It was unsuccessful. He referred me to a pain management doctor. Basically he gave up on me. The pain management doctor gave me a cortisone shot. This is after I was told I would be getting an ablation procedure. Both of these doctors showed little or no empathy. Dr.Stauff is one of the best!! Takes time to explain what needs to be done,and does not rush you out....Highly recommended
After 3 years I am traveling to NEBH for another opinion. “There is nothing else I can do.” -That is unacceptable. I expected a successful operation. 3 years later I need a second opinion. I can barely move. I don’t understand why he can’t do anything else. I am very disappointed and annoyed
