Ideal Chiropractic is miles ahead of their competition. Dr. Najar discovered an undiagnosed issue of mine within minutes of my first appointment. Meanwhile, only 2 weeks later of adjustments and I've already noticed an improvement both in my flexibility and comfort. As a bonus, the office staff is friendly, informative, and kind which is usually what most doctor's offices lack.

I tell everyone about Dr. Najar! I went from headaches and back pain daily to now training for a bodybuilding competition in only a few months with the help of him! And he explains everything no matter how long it takes! Very very happy!

Great Chiropractor. Went to this office with horrible neck pain and with the help of his chiropractic techniques I am pain free. He really cares about his patients and takes the time to talk about plan of care. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I am a long time patient of Dr Najar , he has treated me for adjustments of my back, hips, neck. I enjoy running and physical workouts , by a regularly scheduled appointment with Dr Najar he keeps my body in tune. I would recommend Dr Najar for anyone he needs. great adjustment ! The office staff at Ideal Chiropractic are very professional , kind and courteous .

At the beginning of the summer, I found myself in constant pain throughout my lower back. Never experiencing back pain before I reached out to a coworker, who is a nurse> She urged me to get an appointment with a chiropractor asap. I contacted Dr. Najar's office and they were able to get me in that afternoon. I walked into that office a train wreck and was soon on my way back to normal. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Najar and his staff. I am so thankful that I chose them.

Ideal Chiropractic Center in Bradley Beach, NJ is great. Dr. Najar is very knowledgeable and great at what he does. When I arrived at his office, I was in much pain. My neck & lower back was in terrible condition due to a slip & fall. With the treatments & adjustments, I feel like a brand new person. The staff here is always courteous & friendly. Dr. Najar really takes the time out to not only give you the best care, but listens to your concerns & questions & makes every patient feel important.

When I first started going to Dr Najar, I was 6 months pregnant and I was experiencing a tremdous amout back pain from the pregnancy and from previous injuries. I was in so much pain that I was in tears. Dr. Najar helped me recover from the pain and he also worked with me on my alignment throughout my pregnancy to ensure a back pain free delivery.

I have been seeing Dr. Najar for many years for lower back /neck issues. I struggled to walk, sit, sleep without being in severe pain. Dr. Najar has given me the ability to become functional again with minimal pain. He provided with information regarding home stretching, exercises and proper foot ware that would alleviate my pain. I feel better and hoping to achieve my goal of being pain free until another flare up occurs. Highly recommend Dr. Najar and his staff are very accommodating .
