When starting at ideal chiropractic I was in so much pain. After a few months of adjustments I was able to work a physically demanding job and sit for long periods of time (for standardized testing) much more comfortably. It brought my back pain down to a level I can handle and still live my life with.
I have suffered from headaches for years. I have been under Dr. Najar's care for about 6 weeks and have noticed a significant improvement. I haven't had to take my daily OTC pain relief! He takes the time to answer all questions and make you feel comfortable. His staff is awesome!
When I first started seeing doctor Najar I had intence pain in my neck and sholder. I've been seeing him only for about a month now and I've had a major improvements. I used to get really bad headaches from neck pain after the accident, but I haven't had a headache since the first adjustment he gave me. Thank god for doctor Najar I really want to thank him I'm not 100% yet but I have faith that in time he'll get me there!
Before I visited DR. Najar, I was unable to turn my neck to either the right or left. The neck was basically frozen. I am now able to turn my neck to either side without pain. He has helped me tremendously

I have suffered with vertigo for 5 years and neck pain/stiffness for over 10 years. My husband went to Dr. Najar and thought I should try as I wasn’t getting any relief or guidance elsewhere. I have been a patient of Dr. Najar for over 15 years. Before retirement, I had worked in heavy construction for thirty years and the physical demands of the job have taken a toll on me. Dr. Najar has always been there to help me. I highly recommend him.
Last year October I became suddenly ill. I was dealing with recurring tonsillitis, memory lapses, light sensitivity, and later on chronic migraine. My doctor came to a conclusion that I was having “anxiety”, and my physical symptoms were made up. I finally decided to go to Ideal Chiropractic, because it was the closest chiropractor that took Medicare. Dr. Najar was the first doctor to listen, and be able to trace the root of the issue. I highly recommend Dr. Najar, and I could not imagine getting adjusted anywhere else.
