The care I received from Dr Monge as a hospitalist during my stay at mission hospital was frustrating and disappointing to say the least. I have worked with physicians for 30+ years and I know the best ones LISTEN to their pts and treat them as UNIQUE individuals. If being a hospitalist is so overwhelming that you can't properly serve your pts, then DON'T BE A HOSPITALIST. 1) I had to wait 16+ hours for infusion antibiotics.
