I’m giving Dr. Mashura four stars because my surgery went very well and I’m satisfied with the results. He clearly knows what he’s doing and performed excellent work. However, I believe there’s room for improvement in the doctor-patient connection. Throughout our interactions, he came across as very straightforward, somewhat cold, and almost robotic in his communication.
