This is a review for one of his realtors who did not understand dual agency representation. I wasted two months trying to buy a home that had a wet and previously flooded basement, as in 6 inches of water which had stained the wood post and water heater. Anyone who went down into the basement would have noticed this from the wet/damp dirt, the markings on the post as well as the rusted out water heater with a six inch yellow stain on the bottom. The small nonprofit association that I manage had looked for office space for 6 months on our own. It was a frustrating and daunting process and options were scarce. I contacted Mike and he quickly responded with an ideal option. This was a location that met all of our specs but it was NOT advertised. He is well connected in the community and he helped us through every step of the process.

Mike Marcotte assisted our parish community with the sale of two lake properties in Minnesota beginning in the Fall of 2013. Mike and the Coldwell firm was professional, knowledgeable and motivated on our behalf.
