Life changing! – I was always afraid to get allergy testing because I heard you have to get all these shots in your back...this is not true! I am happy to report, the testing is just a series of slittle poke and scrapes. They test a bunch of stuff on your back, then do your forearms. My back didn't hurt at all and the arms were like a little pinch. Anyway, the worse part is that whatever you come up allergic to pops up like a mosquito bite. And itches.
