Dr. Lai is very knowledgeable in his field of practice and considerate to patients. I strongly recommend him to all my friends and relatives.
Should have "cleared" signs to tell patients go to the front desk directly to sign-in first, now it's hanged on the roof (hard to read/find). Last year, had one stand-on-the-floor sign which had cleared arrow and sign to tell the people "where" to go and "what" need to be done. Please correct these! Thanks!
