The office is efficient and staff are friendly. Dr. Lai is excellent and explains everything so clearly.
As a wet macular degeneration patient, the prime aspect for me is do the shots hurt. The didn't with Dr. Lai, but they did with my previous retinologist. Moreover, all these many years, my eye sight has remained stable. The staff at the Chevy Chase branch are very courteous and professional. I noticed they work as a team, always a good sign.

I have only one comment, Dr Lai is one of the most professional and knowledgeable physicians I have ever met. He reassured me of the status of my eyes and a path moving forward. I highly recommend him if you are experiencing any eye condition that may be concerning….
