Loved this doctor until he moved to his new address. Each year at this location just seemed like it went downhill more and more. You cannot understand his Medical Assistant and reception is so so. He no longer returns phone calls to discuss your lab work, you have to call and call and call his MA. I don't feel comfortable with this practice anymore and have since moved on.
Dr. Fink has been a great physician and health care provider to me over many years as my doctor. He has always been there, even by phone, to consult and give guidance and advice. He always listens and provides remedies that help and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for care.
My Mom has been under the care of Dr. Fink for 10 months after she started showing signs of dementia. We wanted someone that could coordinate her care. After numerous tests, continued weight loss, continued decline in her mental state, and a recent hospitall stay due to high blood pressure, we still have no answers. And Dr. Fink or his staff does not return any calls. We will be switching to another doc. Would NEVER recommend Dr. FINK
Dr.Fink is a very good doctor but his staff sucks.They don't call back when they're supposed to call back.They leave you on hold forever. I was on the phone for 30 munites giving them a call back when I should have been the one contacted back. They are not rude but they are nonchalant about everything, if you have an urgent need/question/concern, it's best to go to the office yourself.
I HAD CALLED TO GET A REFFERAL TWO WEEKS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK. CALLED BACK TO FOLLOW UP AND WAS TOLD IT WAS SENT NEVER SENT AND HAD TO CALL DR FINK'S OFFICE TWICE AND WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. FINALLY SPOKE WITH SOMEONE AT OFFICE TO GET REFERRAL FAXED TO ME AND WAS TOLD SYSTEM DOWN ON TWO SEPERATE TIMES BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS SENT BEFORE IT WENT DOWN DID NOT HAPPEN. HAD TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT WITH MY SPECIALIST.
Dr. Fink is one of the rare few who still genuinely care about their patients. He is knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner.
Easy to talk to and takes his time with you, not rushing you out so sometimes you have to wait a bit.
He has a great bedside manner. He is kind and really cares about his patients. He takes the time to get to know his patients and is very knowledgeable.
Dr. Fink is a decent doctor. However, working with his staff is extremely difficult. He moved from one location to another and the staff is worse than before. I got bumped from an appointment after waiting 30 minutes in the office. I heard every excuse from we tried to reach you, we are over booked, even that I cancelled my appoint which was not the case. Call backs from the doctor do not exist. I had a day where I waited 2+ hours and the office continually messes up paperwork. Stay away!
