My husband and myself both were patients. I like when a doctor listens. Do not rush you out his door. Always make sure to give you the best medical advice.
Went to Dr. Fink for many years before he moved locations. He was the first Dr to diagnose a rare condition I have. I had visited many specialists before him and none of them could figure out the diagnosis. Thanks Dr Fink!
Dr. Fink is an excellent Primary Care Physician. He is very thorough and professional. His staff are all friendly and professional. Katrica, who is in charge of referrals is the best. She got me 4 referrals in less than 24 hours! Amazing!
I would highly recommend Dr.Fink But his front office staff is pathetic they put on hold constantly takes forever for them to get back to you to make a simple appointment. I in all my Years of going to doctors I have never seen an office run like this...
My husband and I changed insurance so we need a new doctor as much as I hate change ..I have to say dr fink and all the office girls were very nice dr fink spent much time listening to me I didn’t feel rushed or like a number he really is a nice doctor it was my first visit hopping that it doesn’t change ..
I’ve been going to Dr. Fink since early last year. He is a nice man and an excellent physician. I have a complicated history and chronic health issues. He is patient and listens well. He takes an interest in my needs. He has been very efficient in filling out needed paperwork and has coordinated with home health nursing care when I was released from the hospital. His office staff is a work in progress and has been slowly improving. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor.
This doctors office CONTINUOUSLY canceled and rescheduled my fathers appointments the DAY OF set appointments. It has been imperative that he see Dr. Fink in order to get a referral to see his cardiologist. My father has severe heart conditions and his staff was rude and refused to make him an immediate appt. My father is now, currently in the ICU. Had Dr. Fink seen him in a timely manner he could have seen his cardiologist and gotten proper treatment when it was needed. STAFF IS RUDE. WORST DR
Atrocious is all I can say ...staff and doctor . Every time I am sick I end up at a walk in clinic or ER since there are no sick appointments ever available . This doctor spends the entire appt at the computer more concerned with searching for what cpt and diagnosis codes insurance will cover! Most recently he has decided to Withhold my medications ( that I've been on for 15 years) unless I come in for appt , surprisingly enough when he wants a copay an appt is available
Dr. Fink always takes his time with me, he is very thorough and a great listener as well as an explainer. I never feel rushed by him. Right now we are trying to determine whats causing my medical symptoms and he has made sure we tried every testing possible in as many ways that can help determine the issue.
