It was not a good experience for me. The doctor explained things to me and I began crying. I knew that I wasn't going to get the help that I was looking for. He did not take the time to listen to me and I felt pushed to answer questions that took time to answer. I felt unimportant to him. my visit with Dr. O’Neill was very pleasant from start to finish. She made me feel very comfortable answered all my questions and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend her.
So. great guy, was very excited, and sadly had to cancel and now im getting all the bill. Due to the IV shortage I am from out of town so insurance can get weird. While he takes my insurance, he will request Quest Diagnostics for pre surgery stuff, they wouldn't take it from out of town so I had to come in from out of town and do all the testing. I am now dealing with a $300 bill. More or less this might be a complaint about quest.The only other thing is if you need any paperwork for work he won't do it until after surgery.
He explains every step as he is doing the procedure & I totally trust him. He makes sure you are comfortable & wants to make sure you do not feel anything. I have had 3 procedures & each one I have had there was just minimal scarring, in fact you can hardly see where he preformed the procedure.
Dr Wirth is friendly and explains each step of the surgery. He puts you at ease and makes a difficult visit much better.
I've been seeing Dr Jordan since he's been in practice! He listens! And addresses the issues. He's kind & compassionate, knowledgeable, and has always been there for me, even though I travel from CT!
This was my first time meeting Dr. O’Neill, as I saw her PA both times before this. I felt very rushed during my appointment, and I don’t like how the answer that she gave me for most of my questions was “Idk, that’s a young person thing.” It was like she did not have any helpful answers for my skin conditions. I get it that there is not an answer to everything but the questions I asked I did not think were all that unheard of.
