He is amazing! He will go above & beyond to help you. After dealing with other doctors, they don’t compare to the level of service and expertise you will receive from him.
Dr. Nordlund has been great to work with. I can see much better now than I could before. The doctor and his nurses and assistants have treated me very well and have been able to answer all of my questions. The only problems I've had are related to communication with the facility and administrative staff.
Dr. Nordlund was very professional I was always very confident during the procedures and he explained things very clearly I would recommend him and Cincinnati Eye Institute also Dr. Norland explained everything clearly for post operative appointments and instructions
Cateract surgery
I would highly recommend Dr.Nordlund and now that my first surgery went well, I will definitely get my other eye surgery done, especially since I know what to expect from my first surgery.
Dr Nordlund is caring, compassionate and an excellent physician.
As of March 20th, the writing of this review, I have had my preliminary visit and one of my cataract surgeries. I was seen at the Middletown location. Almost all of the staff that I saw that first visit was very attentive, informative and friendly. Even though it took quite a while, I was seeing someone almost constantly. After the visit, as promised, a scheduling person called me within a week to schedule my surgeries. And my eye drop prescriptions were called in immediately. The process started with a very thorough exam. Dr Nordlund explained the cataract procedure. Dr Nordlund and the staff did a fantastic job of answering my questions and following up after the procedures. They explained what may come up after the procedures. I just wish I had done this two years ago. I had no idea how the cataracts were causing such problems with my vision. I now understand why people are excited seeing a 4k tv screen. I was very impressed with the care I received from Dr. Nordlund and his staff. Everyone showed compassion during my before and after procedure for my cataract.
