I was so impressed with this office. Best dental experience i've ever had! I have such high anxiety and HATE going to the dentist, but getting pampered while i was having my teeth cleaned made me forget what was even happening. love this place.
worst dental experience ever!!!! The office staff is rude and nosy. The Doctor was rude, did not spend any time evaluating what my pain issue was. Do not go here unless you want to be treated like you do not matter!!!
Dr.Kim and his staff are very kind and cater to all your needs. Coming into a denist office after not being in one since you were a kid and being extremly nervouse makes it very hard to relax, but Dr.Kim and his staff made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Kim is awesome! I was so nervous and they were so kind, who would have thought that I would get a foot and hand massage while getting my teeth cleaned!! I am sending my whole family here, they even made me a mocha while I waited, so nice!! The office manager helped me too, she really worked with my work schedule. I love Dr. KIM!!
Dr. Kim and his staff are the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in a dental office. I have had a lot of fears and issues with my teeth, but they are so professional and friendly there, they really helped me feel welcome and comfortable. I have found the dentist for me and my whole family and he does so much for the community, he rocks!
Thank you so much for a relaxing kind experience. For a person with anxiety disorder this was the kindest most caring dentist office i have ever been to. I went yesterday the 16th and see the reviews below and don't understand that persons experience, they did everything to make sure i was as comfortable as possible and very thorough about my choices.
I never complain about people but I agree with the other review. The office manager Deanna was extremely rude when I called as well. I feel there are a lot of dentist qualified to do the work and unfortunately I decided to find a kinder office to go to due to her unprofessional behavior.
Dr. Kim is the nicest dentist I've been to. He is very concerned about reducing anxiety for patients and is very patient and reassuring. If I'd had dentists like him all along, I'd have gone as regularly as I should have, and plan to from now on.
