Doctors perform tests in an assembly-line type of approach. The Doctor (Kelfer) never spoke with my wife about resulst, just shared the report on MyChart. We then had a follow-up with a Nurse practitiner today ... we insisted she consult with the Doctor because his report didn't mentione anything about a hiatal hernia that we had a surgical consult about this past Monday. Dr. Kelfer is a kind and caring individual that takes care of my insides as well as my mental health. With UC and Colon Cancer being a part of my family's history it is nice to have someone watching out for you. I've been with Kelfer for about 10 years. We joke a bit before my procedures (trust me I have had MANY), but he is professional and knows what he's doing and I trust that he has my best interest at heart. He is the most caring Dr. I have every met. Most people don't realize that his expertise is in performing procedures!! He has a very competent person who sees his patients. I trust him with my life. Learn to advocate for yourself instead of bashing a magnificent Dr
