Do not use this doctor or facility. Procedure done on 10/24/25 and still have no results, just days shy of SIX WEEKS! I've called twice with no help. Asked to speak to doctor or office manager to understand why it takes over 1 month to get results and man who answered phone says really?? Put me hold to never come back. I guess it's too much to ask for an explanation on why I'm receiving subpar medical attention. You make the call, is this the type of professionalism you want.
The worst doctor I have ever seen in my life.He did thousands of dollars worth of tests on me and when my insurance ran out refused to even tell me what my diagnosis was because I no longer had insurance.when I finally got Medicaid he still wouldn't disclose my diagnosis because he didn't accept it
I really appreciate Dr Kam's help with a gastro issue I was having. He really made time to listen to my concerns. He had broad knowledge regarding my gastro intestinal issues and other health concerns. He was very patient and understanding regarding my overall health, and he provided me the treatment I needed. I am very pleased with Dr Kam as my GI physician.
Kam is a good doctor. His office is very greedy about copays and insurance. Phone calls could replace a full office visit and copays after they just made thousands on a scope. Not a good way to keep patients. They are always running behind 20+ minutes so prepare to wait. If their billing practice was better he'd be 5 stars
