Dr. Kam is my gastroenterologist. an excellent doctor but the staff and the insurance BS makes getting intelligence info a huge task. page said she would call me last Friday . no call we called on Monday. we talked to his P.A. a hugely competent person who said we could go back to a regular diet lose the sucralfate and continue with the omeprazole because we do have a mild form of GERD.
Dr. Kam is my gastroenterologist. i was in Beaumont Troy a couple months ago for three bleeding ulcers. two days ago i had a flare up. i called his office was told to await the physician on call. which was Dr. Kam who upped the usage of the two rx meds and the flare is under control.
Do not use this doctor or facility. Procedure done on 10/24/25 and still have no results, just days shy of SIX WEEKS! I've called twice with no help. Asked to speak to doctor or office manager to understand why it takes over 1 month to get results and man who answered phone says really?? Put me hold to never come back. I guess it's too much to ask for an explanation on why I'm receiving subpar medical attention. You make the call, is this the type of professionalism you want.
The worst doctor I have ever seen in my life.He did thousands of dollars worth of tests on me and when my insurance ran out refused to even tell me what my diagnosis was because I no longer had insurance.when I finally got Medicaid he still wouldn't disclose my diagnosis because he didn't accept it
