We recently purchased a property with Michael Kalman as our buyer’s agent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Michael was extremely helpful, accommodating, and always Johnny-on-the-spot whenever we needed anything. He was quick to respond to our questions, attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly throughout the buying process. His professionalism, dedication, and willingness to help made purchasing our property a much easier and more enjoyable experience. We hig... read more
Had a great experience working with Michael while purchasing a condo in Harrisonburg for our son. Michael accommodated and coordinated viewing times with us being out of town and at times with our son being local. Michael had very fast response times via text, email or phone call for any questions or concerns we had. We had a condo that was for sale by owner, Michael negotiated, guided those sellers also through the process which made this purchase seamless for us. This is not our 1st home buying experience but by far the mo... read more

A thorough professional, 5 star plus realtor in all your needs. If anyone asks me for a reference. This is the only person I put my reputation on. If you are lookin... read more

Naturally, he was our first choice when we decided to relocate recently, with another home purchase and sale. Michael graciously accommodated our times of availability, skillfully met our requests, and allowed us space to consider our options while still providing his expertise and support throughout each phase of the purchase and sal... read more
