Dr. Yoon and everyone I had to deal with were really amazing, due to my brain damage there are a lot of things I don't remember but my eyesight is continuing to improve. Thank you everyone at Mass Eye and Ear.
Dr. Yoon was very polite, informative, and in no rush to get me out of the examination room. He showed my wife and I what he saw on my MRI and explained everything in simple lay terms. Though my situation is uncommon (fatty lipoma) behind the eye causing it to bulge out a bit, there is no reason for surgery because my vision is fine. Thank you Dr. Yoon.
I found Dr Toon very arrogant. He could not wait to get me out of office. He did not answer questions not did he refer me to the department where I should be at.He also told me I had a vision test that a.m. When I did not. His staff member lied to him and the other person who brought me in to see him implied that I lied to them. You are MA Eye + Eat I have lost all respect for your facility. Dr Michael Yoon saved my wife's eyesight. He correctly identified the problem and performed emergency orbital decompression surgery. The results were incredible. My wife and I will be forever grateful to him. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Yoon. His skill set is incredible and he is one of the most humble people I have ever met. I have had Dr Yoon do 3 surgeries on my Proton Beam damaged eye via the VA System in Boston. He and his team were fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and his surgery skills are top shelf. He preformed my last surgery to repair an infected dermis graft and I now have a new prosthetic. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs help.
