Dr Bokemper is great. He is well known to be great with hand issues and I have been to him several times. He takes the time to accept any questions that you might have.
Based on my experience, I found the coordination of care lacking, communication with staff difficult (no thanks to the AI phone system), and the level of compassion and empathy from Dr. Bokemper below the standards set for any physician. The process felt wildly disorganized and was a complete and utter waste of time and money.
