Techs front desk professionals and courteous. Dr on time and answered all my questions.
Busy day on my visit, unable to see Dr McDonald due to his busy schedule. I was seen by Kevin his PA which was totally acceptable to me as I had seen him previously for a wound infection. Having worked in healthcare for many years I can say this is one of the top offices I’ve visited from the reception area to technicians ( yes you Sully) to Dr McDonald’s and his PA.
My 1st visit to the clinic, Dr McDonald was very nice.I hope to feel better soon.
He really listened and now we know the next step.
