This review is beyond belated, which isn't right, especially since Michael Wells sold my parent's condo quicker than one could step out of it to give him the chance to do so! It's unusual for even the most seasoned-pro to sell a home during the photo shoot, (& before the home is on the market) but not for Michael Wells!
