Very rude front desk staff.
Dr. Morrell was very thoughtful in his approach to diagnosis and treatment. He recommended a conservative approach that has a high success rate. He did not rush to an injection which would have been painful, higher risk for complications and more expensive (and higher income for him). He provided a thorough, easy to understand explanation of the diagnosis and treatment options. I work in healthcare and I highly recommend him.
I was really impressed by Dr Merrill I tried several foot doctors in Lexington and couldn’t get appointment. I was in pain and he got me in and took care of my foot pain I really appreciate the fact he didn’t say well try this or that and come back . He did what needed to be done. Said if I had any more problems let him know. I have been to so many doctors that wants to try this or that and ended up with an outrageous bill and was still having the same problems . I was in quite a bit of pain in my right ankle area, called for an appointment. His Receptionist worked me in and I was seen within 10 minutes after my call. This was my 1st visit and I was most impressed. Dr. Morrill was friendly, concerned, professional and explained my condition. He started treatment immediately, thoroughly explained my problem and how to administer the prescribed medications. I started getting relief right away. Thanks Dr. Morrill and Robin Morrill for your concern.
Dr. Morrill treated my toenail ingrown immediately and was very delicate. I was in a lot of pain and he explain very well how do I need to take care of it. He gave a cell phone number in case I need him but I did not need even a follow up.
Doctor provided personal cell phone number in case of questions or concerns. Friendly staff and friendly doctor! Answered all questions and took needed time with patient. Highly recommended!
