Dr. Mastrangelo provides excellent care, as I can attest for over ten years of actually avoiding a procedure! Of note, it is not easy to make the decision to have a difficult procedure, yet I would return to him again. His team is as thorough as is he, and all are both professional and genuine. Dr. Mastrangelo's patience with explanations and predictions and solutions is terrific. Rated by a teaching/psychology professional without a history of surgeries or health issues.
Dr. Mastrangelo and the staff within his office are some of the most proficient and kind healthcare providers I have had the pleasure to work with. Throughout my care they have helped to advocate for my needs and always made me feel heard and respected.
I had a great experience with Dr. Mastrangelo and his team. Good communication and information. The prep nurses were terrific (nervous patient !) and he did an awesome surgery job. I couldn't be more impressed with the results of my Op and Dr. Mastrangelo and his team. Thank you !
Dr. Mastrangelo was very thorough in his examinaing and allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. He very carefully explained all of my options and the implications for each one. The entire experience from the first office visit, the procedure and the follow up exam were done in a very friendly and professional manner.
We have called, left messages several times, no response. Very frustrating to say the least. My wife is in pain now for several months with no clarity. It would help us a great deal if a health office will actually return our calls.
if I was on an island with no health care provider and I was dieing I might let him see me. I got him as on call doctor for abdominal pain from the ER he barely looked at me or the labs, went right for the colonoscopy($$$$$) which was normal my amylase was very high and I had pancreatis ,which he should have know from a history and reviewing labs which the history and lab review and exam lasedt maybe five minutes. my insurance was still bill a substantial amount of money.
Dr.Mastrangelo and his staff are truly amazing! He went above and beyond in my treatment and made the whole process a breeze. I would highly recommend.
Dr Mastrangelo misdiagnosed me and continued to give me various drugs that never worked. I very much dislike drugs anyway and I told him this. I wanted to get to the bottom of the problem, and not put a band-aid on it-I was in constant severe pain. I sought a second opinion where it was discovered I had 2 serious conditions and needed surgery immediately! It's a good thing I changed physicians who BTW, diagnosed me right off a few years ago I don't wish to be unkind, but need to be truthful.
