I have dealt with a good amount of attorneys in my life and let me say this lawyer was and is terrible. From what i know from the day i was in court was his court room manner is to say the least a joke. Out of i would say 13 people he was repressenting that day not one person walked away with there benifets. Not only that but this man DOES NOT NOT NOT anwer phone calls and he never calls back. If you want to win your case DO NOT HIRE MR.
Michael J Graves Jr became my lawyer after I was denied for social security. Never met him until the day of my hearing. Literally at the hearing. The judge did not have my file. Michael told me that my medical history was irrelevant. Horrible at returning phone calls. Since my hearing I have not had any contact with him, not by choice. My wife was appointed Michael grace jr. On September 14th in court by the judge. Since September 14th she has called, emailed and texted attorney graves every single day to no avail it has been one month and she is in a worse situation that when she started she informed Mr Graves that there was an emergency situation and it needed immediate attention we would have been grateful for any help at all and have gotten none at all. Mr. Graves know his way around the Philadelphia DA's office. Without his help I most likely would be writing this using tax payers money from a jail cell. Got me probation, and soon we will get my record expunged. Thank you!
