Wait time was too long. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 pm but I was not called back from the lobby waiting area until 1:55 pm. Was told the wait was because Dr. Duvall was waiting for a room to open up.
All persons were very friendly yet professional. Doctor Duval was honest and accurately diagnosed my injury and made recommendations.
The staff was friendly and professional. Dr Duval explained my son’s results and showed us images of his MRI. He answered our questions and gave us clear instructions.
He is an amazing doctor and person. I would definitely recommend him to other people that need a complete knee replacement.
What stood out was there was no questions asked nothing explained he saw my daughter for 3 min but her in a brace and did not reschedule a follow up to check any progress, I will find another orthopedic for her .. don't go to this guy he could care less.
Both Dr Duval and his assistant took their time with me to explain and go over the procedure with me. They were both patient with me and listened to my concerns.
Dr Duval was quick , thorough , listened and allowed us to be apart of treatment decisions. My husband and I both appreciated how the visit went.
Very professional, concerned about what was going on with me. Handle with care.
