Excelent clinical results combined with excellent customer service for over a decade.
Office staff is friendly and professional.
I think Dr. Briseno is wonderful. He zeroed in on a long standing problem that previous dentists had not even addressed. Everyone there are both professional and charismatic and I would highly recommend Dr. Briseno to anyone looking for a new dentist/office.
Dr. Briseno is amazing. All the staff members especially Serena who is a joy are specially trained and so very friendly but professional. Excellent appointment and would definitely recommend this doctor and his surgery.
Dr. Briseno was awesome! He understood that I was in pain and in desperate need of a root canal so he fit me in right then and there to take care of me. I haven't been to the dentist in 30 years so I was extremely nervous but he made it as easy and pain free as possible. Dr. Briseno's assistant Serena is very nice and helpful and his secretary held my hand and made me less nervous. All in all, I will make Dr. Briseno my dentist permanently.
The staff provides a total customer experience from the moment you enter the office. Very personable, knowledgeable and aware of individual customer needs and concerns. Willing to provide additional research and information on how to solve payment and carrier issues.
Did not have to wait past my appointed time. Friendly atmosphere. hygienst very nice, gentle and knowledgeable. She kept me abreast of the procedures, step by step. End results > BEAUTIFUL SMILE
The staff at Dr. Briseno's is always fantastic. They are cheerful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They listen to my concerns and come up with solutions. My kids actually enjoy going to the dentist because of the environment here.
The staff was excellent! They made my experience as painless as it could be and took care of my pain. I honestly can't wait to go back.
