My root canal experience with Dr Binns and his staff was very positive. He explained everything very thoroughly. His patient-side manner was great. He speaks with a soft, kind voice. He even offered his personal phone number in case I had any problems after the procedure. His assistant was also fantastic. I'm glad I chose him for my root canal.

Dr. Binns and his staff are well versed and successful in making an unpleasant procedure as easy as possible. Dr. Binns carefully explains what he is going to do, provides options to make the procedure easier and takes time to answer all questions. I’m glad I chose the Root Canal Place for my procedure.
This provider has a good bedside manner, but beware of potential insurance fraud. My husband was required to pay the full balance even though the office is an in-network provider with our insurance. After my husband paid the full balance, the practiced filed a claim with our insurance to have the full claim reimbursement sent to the physician rather than the patient. By all means go to Dr. Binns. It was an easy experience for an apprehensive procedure. He let's you kick their shoes off and lay back with your favorite music in your ears. I was so dreading this procedure, but I am telling you it was great. When he offers the mouth wedge to keep your mouth open USE it, it helps out so much, you do not have to worry about keeping your mouth open. Follow the sheet he gives for medicine faithfully. Are you afraid of or dreading your root canal? Don’t be. I actually fell asleep during the procedure!! They were simply great.
Dr. Binns was recommended to me as an outstanding dentist specializing in performing root canals, who--with his expertise, patience, and top facilities--makes even the most anxious patient feel totally at ease, and can preserve even a severely broken tooth. All of this turned out to be 100% true. He and his staff were extremely patient and calming. Sunglasses and earplugs to listen to soothing classical music. Absolutely NO PAIN thanks to his numbing technique. Best dental experience ever!!!
Sought him out for a 2nd opinion on an implant to replace a broken tooth. Since it is my 1st implant, I was not very knowledgeable of what was involved and it is a very expensive and invasive procedure. I wanted to be sure this was the best option and that I had considered everything. Dr. Binns was the perfect person for that. Very experienced, got me in the same day I called and was very thorough on taking a short history. He helped me make the decision and have the peace of mind I needed.
I would highly recommend Dr. Binns. He takes the time to listen to any concerns and and treats his patients with understanding and respect. His root canals are painless!
