I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they never over-treat my child, and only do procedures that are needed. I've heard of some doctors that will prescribe expensive tests for everything, but they've never done that here. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Yes, they allowed me to accompany my child Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms!

Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Does this pediatrician emphasize preventative care, such as child safety and nutrition? Absolutely! They gave me plenty of information about child safety and nutrition Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Fairly current
