The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me.
