Made advanced appointment month in advance. When I arrived I was acknowledged, paperwork done, truck taken in for electrical programming of new radio, and I was out the door in about 45 minutes. Pleased with experience and service writer.

Rude lady on the phone and they didn’t have availability to look at just a simple oil leak for over half a month.... terrible service don’t waste your time.
