avoid michael hohl dealers at all costs. not professional and will talk down to you because their know nothing sales staff has a superiority complex. Gil was great . his closer Juan well lets just say he almost had a bad time. He was rude and unprofessional. Him and their desk guys were trying to take my girl friends trade for $3k under what it was worth and tried justifying it with shady sales tactics. when I told them I knew how the industry works because I work for it I was met with more unprofessionalism and insults by J... read more

Service department was good, as far as communication and scheduling, that could use some work. I never got a call about my appointment changing and almost wasted my day off had I not called and had it changed back to my original time and day. Overall experience was good, but would def recommend communication be fixed and adjusted.
