My daughter and I were treated like very welcomed guests by everyone involved with our transaction. Everyone bent over backwards to see that our transactions were as beneficial to us as possible. Doug, our sales agent went the extra mile to see that our needs were met, even though our transaction was very small and of little benefit to the company. Worst experience ever I would never recommend Michael hohl they wasted 7 mo of my time on top of it wanted to fight around with me about the car they sold me. They lied about fixing things as well that just took longer after 7 mo got my car fixed but yet there still is a grinding noise every time I turn left. They brought my car to me dirty I got pics to prove everything i got statements I got my paperwork etc. so I am not liking about my experience with this company.
