Beware - They do not stand by their work or repairs. How they have an A+ with the BBB is beyond me. Most recent repair lasted a day and now they won’t “do business” with their customers. Maybe they should stand by their products, then people wouldn’t have to share/slam their social media trying to keep their business afloat and vehicles running more than 24 hours. Rios Ranch not only stands by their products, but is a huge supporter of youth Programing in our county. They stand by their products and make things right! .

purchased a brand new 2018 Chevy 3500 Duramax diesel in December of 2018. Starting in March of 2020, while still under warranty, at 75,000 miles I began to have ongoing problems with the exhaust system. I was charged $1100 for the repair because supposedly the issue was a sensor which had just stopped being covered under the warranty. In May of 2020 the same problem happened. Their business is essential to their family’s survival in these difficult times, how can you continually charge them for the same repairs and keep their vehicle for such lengthy periods.
