Dr. Hinkley makes you feel so comfortable, even when the skin he has to examine is in an uncomfortable place :) I had Skin cancer on my bottom eyelid, he did mohs surgery and you can not even see a scar. He is amazing!

Dr. Hinckley took the time to explain the procedure and answered all of my questions. Later that night after my procedure he called me to make sure I was doing okay. He gave me his personal cell phone to call him if I needed anything. In my experience doctors are not this attentive anymore.
Did not even look at my skin condition the first appointment, ignored my symptoms the second appointment (and prescribed medications based on his assumptions of my symptoms), and by the third appointment he prescribed a medication we already tried and knew not to work! He didn't even remember we already tried it. I spoke to him maybe a total of 2 minutes across three consultations, and he actually looked at the skin condition for a total of 10 seconds. Felt totally ignored.
Dr. Hinckley explained things very well and I felt that he was truly concerned for my well being.
Great Doctor! Very caring and takes the time to answer your questions. He doesn't make you feel like you are inturpting his day.
