Melissa was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect ring for us. From the moment we walked in, my husband and I felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable—never intimidated or pressured in any way. We were honestly expecting the cost to be much higher, but it turned out to be about half of what we anticipated, which was such a pleasant surprise. Everyone in the store was friendly and accommodating, and the deals they offer are truly amazing. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Michael Hill designs are pretty , but the quality has been extremely disappointing. I’ve purchased five pieces from MH, and every single one has broken within a year. My wedding ring is from Michael Hill, and at least one diamond falls out every year. In the first year alone, two diamonds fell out. I wear another wedding band from a different jeweler at the same time, and it has never lost a stone, which makes it clear this is a craftsmanship issue, not normal wear. She was very nice, professional, and made my click-and-collect order a smooth and pleasant process. Her friendly assistance truly made my visit enjoyable.
