I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Michael Hill Jewellery I purchased a titanium ring with a rose gold rim around three years ago, expecting it to last given the reputation of the brand. Unfortunately, the rose gold rim has completely come off. When I took the ring back to store, I was prepared to pay to have it repaired only to be told that it’s not fixable and that I should essentially throw it in the bin. I had a very disappointing experience with this jewellery store. I paid extra for what they called a ‘professional care plan,’ which was supposed to cover repairs for up to 3 years. However, when I brought my necklace in for repair after just 1 year and 2 months, I was told it could only be fixed within the first 12 months which completely contradicts the 3 year coverage I paid for. Was served by Lynn today at Fountain Gate and she was incredible. Super patient and understanding for what both my partner and I were looking for in regards to rings and style. Helped us find the right caret size and even trying on a bunch of rings and helping in narrowing down the right style of make and size. If you ever are unsure make sure to ask for Lynn, stand out service.
